(If you select a shop of your choice follow these steps to insure that things run smoothly)
•    Take vehicle to the shop of your choice
•    Sign authorization forms (for this shop to act on your behave)
•    Leave your vehicle at the shop
•    Notify the insurance company that you are using on the location of your vehicle.

NO! It is not your job to drive around the damaged vehicle to shops and do the insurance adjusters job for them.

The shop that you have selected is responsible for repairing your vehicle. In many cases, the shop can only repair what the insurance company will pay for. Ask shop manager or estimator if you could be notified of anything that the insurance company is not willing to pay for that was apart of this accident.
